Daniel is 15 years old. He has been learning music since age 6. He currently studies piano with Michael McAuley and accordion with Vladimir Sidorov. He also takes violin lessons with Radostina Litcheva.
Daniel has participated at several music competitions both in Montreal and in the United States and has won numerous awards for his piano and accordion performances as well as for composition. His accordion performance at the 2017 Lakeshore Chamber Music Society’s student competition was awarded the first prize for senior keyboard as well as the Lakeshore Chamber Orchestra Performance award.
As a soloist, he performs at private and community events. Every spring, he gives a solo recital with piano and accordion. Recently, he played as a soloist with the Lakeshore Chamber Orchestra.
Daniel is a member of the West Island Youth String Orchestra where he plays both piano and violin. He also plays piano for the West Island Youth Symphony Orchestra.
