Kerry-Anne Kutz

Kerry-Anne Kutz, composer and singer, performs in a wide range of styles from classical music to jazz. Kerry-Anne has sung at the Festival international de jazz de Montréal with the Montreal Vocal Jazz Quartet, Le Trio de Jazz Guy St-Onge, and the Valentino Orchestra, at the Festival Choral Mondial, at the Ottawa Chamberfest, at the Festival of the Sound, and on radio and television. She also sang on the movie track as the voice of Jenny Lind in the film “Barnum”.

As the first woman to become a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Band, Kerry-Anne sang throughout Canada, the United States, Europe, Mexico, Singapore, Australia, and India.

She earned a Masters degree in voice from the Université de Montréal. As well as being a fluent speaker of French and English, Kerry-Anne has completed intensive studies in German and Spanish. She has recorded 14 albums, two of which with the Montreal record company Productions XXl: The Juliet Letters and Kurt Weill From Berlin to New York. Kerry-Anne will release two new albums of original songs in 2024.

Recipient of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal and the Canada 150 Medal, Kerry-Anne is the Artistic Director of the Festival de la Voix and the Art Songs Project of Canada.
